Due to the nature of the subscription, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please email sabrina@bookclubofshadows.ca the same day you received it with pictures of the damaged items (or of what you did receive, so we can see what was missing). We may replace any damaged or missing items at our sole discretion, and will be decided on a case by case basis.
